A New Joining LeadFabric as Senior Graphic Designer
Over the past several years, my career has been anything but traditional.
I’ve had the opportunity to build brands from the ground up, work with businesses of every size, create for industries I never imagined I’d be a part of, and most importantly, build a career doing what I genuinely love.
I’ve always believed that creativity isn’t something you arrive at. It’s something you continue to grow into.
That’s why I’m excited to share that I’ve accepted a position as Senior Graphic Designer at LeadFabric.
This wasn’t a decision I made lightly.
Mind Junk Creative has been such a huge part of my life. It’s been my creative home, my portfolio, my business, and the place where I’ve shared my thoughts on design, branding, marketing, and creativity for years. That isn’t changing.
Instead, this feels like the next step in my evolution as a designer.
Why LeadFabric?
What drew me to LeadFabric wasn’t just the opportunity to design. It was the chance to solve bigger problems.
LeadFabric works at the intersection of marketing, technology, revenue operations, and customer experience. The work goes far beyond creating beautiful visuals. It’s about helping businesses communicate more clearly, build better experiences, and use design as a strategic tool rather than decoration.
That’s the kind of design I’ve become increasingly passionate about.
Over the last few years, I’ve found myself diving deeper into UX, website strategy, marketing automation, AI, and the systems that shape how people experience brands online.
LeadFabric gives me the opportunity to continue growing in all of those areas while collaborating with an incredibly talented team.
Growth Never Stops
One thing I’ve learned throughout my career is that good designers never stop learning. The design industry today looks nothing like it did when I graduated from college in 2012.
Back then, responsive design was still becoming standard. Today we’re designing for mobile-first experiences, AI-assisted workflows, accessibility, personalization, and entirely new ways people discover information online.
That’s exciting to me.
It’s also why I’ve been investing so much time into expanding my skills in UI design, user experience, and emerging technologies. I believe staying curious is one of the most valuable qualities a creative professional can have.
What This Means for Mind Junk Creative
Mind Junk Creative isn’t going anywhere. If anything, I hope this new role gives me even more experiences to share. This blog has always been a place where I can write honestly about creativity, freelancing, design strategy, career growth, and everything in between.
I’ll continue sharing what I’m learning, what’s inspiring me, and the lessons that come from working across different industries and creative challenges. Whether you’re a fellow designer, freelancer, marketer, or business owner, I hope these insights continue to help you on your own journey.
Looking Ahead
Every new chapter comes with a mix of excitement, nerves, and possibility. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported my journey over the years. Every client, collaborator, mentor, friend, and reader has played a role in helping me get here. I’m excited to see where this next chapter leads, both professionally and creatively. Here’s to continuing to learn, create, and never stop growing.
