Calling all Harry Potter fans! Are you ready to embark on a magical journey? I’m so excited to announce that I will be tour director for the upcoming HARRY POTTER’S FANTASY & SPOOKY TOUR OF SCOTLAND. This is your chance to explore enchanting legends and discover magical places in Scotland with Neil Storey and our team of mystical adventure seekers. With us as your guides, you’ll travel through England and Scotland, visiting iconic historical spots and filming locations from the beloved Harry Potter books. Get ready for a fantastical journey like no other!
The Tour Begins in England
We will start our adventure in England, where we will visit Alnwick Castle—a grand building that served as the filming location for numerous scenes from the Harry Potter movies. The castle’s majestic grounds will create illusions of Potter’s Chamber of Secrets, giving us all a taste of what it was like to be part of his world. After exploring Alnwick Castle, we’ll head north to Edinburgh—the city where J.K Rowling wrote her famous stories. There we will retrace the steps of its medieval streets while discovering secret places mentioned in the books and films. We’ll also visit some of the lesser-known sites around Edinburgh that formed part of Rowling’s inspiration for her works—including locations such as Greyfriar’s Bobby statue, Princes Street Gardens, and Calton Hill.
