Foot Soak Recipe

If you’re anything like me, you can be prone to overwork yourself. Especially when Leo season comes around knocking, it’s hard not to jump right into all the crazy projects this fire sign ignites inside you. While the passion is fueling, it can also be incredibly exhausting if you don’t keep yourself in check and take some time for rest. This past month we’ve focused a lot on purging what energies no longer need to be attached to us, but for this week I wanted to focus on a simple way to indulge in some much needed self-care.

Foot soaking! This is a great way to give your feet a deep exfoliation without having a full bath.

Just add salts to a large bowl of hot water, and let your feet soak for about 20 minutes. Right afterwards, exfoliate with a pumice stone and then add some body butter to give moisture and make your feet nice and fresh!

Salts Recipe

  • 1/4 cup of epsom salts
  • 1/4 cup of rock salts
  • 2 tbsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 12 drops of tea tree oil
  • 8 drops of peppermint oil
  • Add a handful of fresh basil, rosemary or lemon slices
